Call Before You Dig
Oregon State Law requires you to notify all utilities 48 hours before you dig by calling (800) 332-2344. The Oregon Utilities Council (OUC) has a toll free number that identifies all the underground facilities within your area.
Instead of making several calls when you need a locate, OUC has coordinated this system to notify all utilities (gas, telephone, power, cable, etc) with one call. Locate requests are accepted 24 hours a day seven days a week.
